This Potentiacta Document Access Privacy Notice explains how Jazters AI Lab LLC ("Jazters," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information submitted through the Potentiacta Document Access Request flow.
This notice applies specifically to:
- the Potentiacta Document Access Request form;
- company verification information submitted through that form;
- Non-Disclosure Agreement acceptance records;
- document-access review;
- communications related to Potentiacta materials, investment review, partnership review, client review, advisory review, or related business evaluation.

- NDA document reference or URL;
- privacy / data review consent status;
- no-access-guarantee confirmation;
- submission timestamp;
- document-access review status.
Technical information
We may collect limited technical information related to the submission, such as:
- browser type;
- device type;
- general request metadata;
- page source;
- user agent;
- limited technical identifiers where needed for security, spam prevention, or abuse prevention.
We do not intentionally request or collect sensitive personal information through the Document Access Request form.
Please do not submit:
- Social Security numbers;
- passport or government ID numbers;
- home address;
- date of birth;
- bank details;
- personal financial account information;
- health information;
- biometric information;
- passwords;
- private keys;
- confidential information that you are not authorized to share.

We collect the information submitted in the Potentiacta Document Access Request form to review document-access requests, verify business identity, evaluate potential investment, partnership, client, advisory, media, research, or commercial interest, and communicate with you regarding your request.
We do not request sensitive personal information in this form.
If you choose to submit additional information voluntarily, please ensure that you are authorized to provide it.
4. NDA Acceptance Records
If you check the NDA acceptance box and submit the Document Access Request form, we may store:
- your name;
- business email;
- company or organization name;
- timestamp of acceptance;
- NDA document reference or URL;
- related request record.
These records may be retained as evidence that you reviewed and accepted the applicable Non-Disclosure Agreement before requesting access to extended Potentiacta materials.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share submitted information only as reasonably necessary with:
- Jazters AI Lab LLC personnel;
- Potentiacta project representatives;
- authorized reviewers;
- legal, compliance, financial, technical, or business advisors;

- parties involved in evaluating a potential investment, partnership, pilot, client relationship, advisory relationship, or commercial transaction, where appropriate and subject to confidentiality expectations;

We do not automatically publish or publicly disclose Document Access Request submissions.

Submitting a Document Access Request does not create automatic access to any documents.
We may approve, reject, limit, delay, or condition access to materials at our discretion.
